Key words: Human ressources, Governance, Innovation, Due Diligence…
We help organisations assess how effectively they harness the knowledge, creativity, and collaboration of their people, internally and/or in their relationship with external stakeholders
• Through interviews, surveys, and behavioural analysis, we identify strengths, blind spots, and barriers to participation
• PULSE will reveal how decisions are made and how to improve them
Outcomes : a clear roadmap to unlock your team’s collective intelligence and build a more connected, adaptive organisation
Key words: Consultation, Change management, Territorial Management, seminars…,
Most consultations and stakeholder dialogues, private and public, are organised with very static approach that does not allow a precise collect of information, perceptions and ideas from participants
The data collected are very often difficult to analyse because of unequal participation of segments of stakeholders. In most cases, these consultations are considered like being “fake” , “biaised” or “unfair”which also reduce the motivation for stakeholders to actually participate and contribute.
• SMART CONSULT is a process leading organisations to initiate dialogues and consultations that will create much richer results. It is also create trust within participating parties
Outcomes : The outputs of Consult will be much faster usable and the rationale for future (post-consultation phase) activities will be stronger, leading to enhanced acceptance following steps (projects, policies, regulations, change, etc.)
Key words: Strategy, Social acceptability, Permitting, Policy making, Alignment of stakeholders among a public or private network, associations…
